This time, USM and UUM was the host for the Youth Defined: Shape our Future gathering and attended by students from various higher institutions, namely:
- Institut Perguruan Pulau Pinang
- UiTM Pulau Pinang
- UiTM Seri Iskandar
- Politeknik Seberang Prai
- Politeknik Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah
- Universiti Teknologi MARA, Arau
- Albukhary International University (AIU)
- Maktab Perguruan Darulaman
- Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah
- Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP)
- and also students from the host universities.
