This is a 2-hour seminar on Futures Thinking and Leadership to learn how Foresight would enable future leaders make good decisions attended by various ministries and agencies. This session is to create a resilient future with sustainable leaders, futures thinking and leadership are required. The focus of this session was on how futures thinking may develop sustainable leaders. Futures thinking should include foresight of the law of unintended consequences, agility and flexibility in anticipating change, and strategic planning towards a long-term and big-picture future from where we are now in order to have sustainable leaders.
