Malaysia’s aerospace industry is rapidly growing, backed by strong government support and strategic national plans like the Malaysian Aerospace Industry Blueprint 2030 and the New Industrial Master Plan 2030. The sector aims to reach RM55 billion in annual revenue and create over 32,000 high-value jobs by 2030. With rising air traffic, skilled workforce, and advanced manufacturing and maintaining, repairing and overhauling (MRO) capabilities, Malaysia is positioning itself as Southeast Asia’s leading aerospace hub, highlighted by its showcase at LIMA 2025.
