A total of 150 participants attended this online preworkshop via Zoom. Dr. Segundo Joaquin E. Romero, Jr.of Ateneo De Manila University presents on Foresight & Scenario planning in general and introduced concept, methods & tools that can be used. Session followed an hour presentation by MIGHT. A half an hour Q&A session was conducted on the final part with basic questions from participants and clarification of work done. In the afternoon session, Dedy Saputra, Senior Policy Analyst, The National Research and Innovation Agency, (BRIN), shared experience on Indonesia’s experience working on technology foresight highlighting challenges of foresight works. The session today was concluded by Acd. Eufemio T. Rasco, Jr. Chair, Agricultural Sciences Division, National Academy of Science acknowledging on going foresight work in ASEAN countries, leadership role NAST and ASM took and the need to institutionalise foresight practices as done by MIGHT.
