The pace of change during the pandemic speaks to a cause that has long fascinated the world’s ambitious top organisations: easing long-term growth disruptions. Centred on this intent, MIGHT recently conducted a 2-day workshop for PETRONAS on the 7th and 8th of September 2021. This process-based workshop was attended by various internal departments within PETRONAS namely Strategic Communication, Stakeholder Management, Governance & Capability, Management and Planning. 24 personnel participated, aided by the course’s scenario planning handbook and deck. In addition to live facilitation by CISCO, WEBEX and MURAL platforms, ultimately, the workshop is a part of the services MIGHT caters to PETRONAS as its MIGHT member.
