MIGHT continues to be a key driver of innovation and strategic planning across various sectors, focusing on enhancing the use of technology for sustainable development. This commitment is reflected in its participation in events that explore the integration of emerging technologies into public services, aligning with Malaysia’s broader goals of leveraging technology for improved service delivery and economic growth. The presentation, titled “Human Touch in the Digital Age: How to Integrate AI in Public Services,” was led by Mr. Mohd Nurul Azammi Mohd Nudri, Head of myForesight®. This strategic session addressed key questions about AI adoption, including its definition, importance, and potential applications in public services. Drawing from the “Future of Malaysian Public Services 2020 and Beyond” report, the presentation highlighted AI’s transformative impact on public services. The session engaged 150 participants through a Mentimeter poll, where they ranked their priorities for AI in water resource management, with Precision Irrigation, Water Distribution, Water Quality Monitoring, and Asset Management emerging as top priorities. This initiative underscores MIGHT’s role in promoting foresight and innovation in the public sector, aligning with Malaysia’s broader goals of leveraging AI to enhance service delivery and drive sustainable development.
