  • July 28, 2017
24th July 2017, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)

In this 4th Industrial Revolution, business, industry and government is being impacted by breakthroughs in computing power, connectivity, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and other innovative technologies. This is a revolution without boundaries spreading across the world with incredible speed. The impact of Fourth Industrial Revolution is significant to various sectors, including Education.

Keeping abreast with the rapid changes, University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) recently organised a workshop on “R & D and Talent Development Challenge in 4IR” attended by the management level of faculties in UKM. Invited to provide the scene setting, MIGHT-myForesight® exposed the participants with Foresight tools and methodologies to value add the discourse. More discussions are expected in the near future, as it is paramount to ensure university and its students are exposed to the new era of revolution; making them a polished talent product as well as to prepare the future proof workforce.
